Clark County
Agricultural Agencies
Building

Springfield, Ohio

The project was for the design of a new office park located at the I-70 - Route 41 junction adjacent to the Clark County Fairgrounds. The Clark County Agricultural Agencies Building consolidates five separate agencies into one building. The agencies include the OSU Cooperative Extension, the the Farmers Home Administration, Clark County Soil Conservation District, Clark County Water Conservation District and the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service. The 10,000 square foot building structure combines a steel frame with split-faced concrete block and brick on the exterior. The interior contains offices for each of the five agencies. In addition, the building houses a large multi-purpose/meeting room and a full service kitchen, which often rented for public meetings.
