McCall Sharp Architecture completed the new Assurant Office campus in 2002, located on the south side of Springfield along I-70. The project, at a cost of $13 million, consists of three 50,000 square foot structures connected by glass corridors. The design incorporated the creative use of curved, cast-in-place, tilt-up concrete walls giving the composition its distinctive appearance. Inside the building is a cutting edge, high tech environment, allowing for the efficient flow of information collection and processing.
