Champaign National
Bank

Urbana, Ohio

The master plan was a thorough analysis of the existing facilities within the Champaign National Bank and Trust system, an exploration of the utilization of these facilities, their physical attributes and deficiencies, and various schemes for future use of the facilities. By working hand-in-hand with bank executives and employees, a comprehensive study of the potential for each of these facilities has been completed. This study was to serve as a reference for future actions and an aid in the maintenance, expansion, and evaluation of the bank's physical facilities.

McCall sharp Architecture achieved this Master plan through extensive interviews with individual banking employees and meticulous documentation of the physical structures and the activities that occur within them, as well as activities that may potentially take place in them at a future date. This study included: Functional Relationship Programming, Space Standards, Schematic Floor Plans, and Schematic Designs.
