Ed McCall was retained to design a new Administration and Maintenance Building for the City of Bowling Green, Ohio. The new facility is designed to combine the City's Water & Sewer Department, and Electric Department. The facility is comprised of a 14,000 square foot Administration Office, a 57,672 square foot heated Vehicular and Materials Storage Building, and a 9'000 square foot Cold Storage Building. Specific areas included in the Vehicular and Materials Storage Building are Shop Areas, Repair and Welding Areas, Locker Rooms and Restrooms, and Wash Bays.
