This project consists of development of a 6 acre site located at Airpark Ohio. The project site work items include Visitor and Employee parking area, Semi-truck driveways around the building, a fenced Storage Yard area, and landscaping. The structure consists of two major components. The first component is a two-story office (4,000sf/floor) attached to the warehouse component. The warehouse component is a single-story (26,000sf), pre-engineered steel building with an eave height of 22’ - 0”. Also, included in the design of the warehouse are covered outdoor work areas. This project was divided into two phases which allowed the Owner to occupy the warehouse functions for six months while the office area was being completed.
