Architectural/engineering services for the renovation of 12,000 square foot, and the addition of 30,000 square foot, to existing facilities to provide a complete Junior/Senior High School. This $2,100,000 project includes classrooms, computer labs, gymnasium, food services, cafeteria, and other student oriented activity spaces. Services included cost estimating, budget monitoring, and coordination of seven prime contractors during the construction process. Our team worked with the staff and School Board to determine the program, refine the details and then administer the construction phase assuring that the end product adhered to the original design.
