The JVS/CSCC
Earley Childhood
Education Center

Springfield, Ohio

The Early Childhood Educational Center is an 11,200 square foot facility built as a joint venture between the Springfield-Clark County Joint Vocational School District, and Clark State Community College. This state-of-the-art learning center was designed as a developmental model for the State of Ohio, going beyond state mandates to create a safe environment for optimal learning that focuses on the individual needs of the child, while also serving students, families, and the community. Licensed to serve 129 children, ranging in age from six weeks to five years, the plans include two classrooms for the students from JVS and Clark State to learn about early childhood development.
